Depression is a feeling much different than sadness. When an individual is sad, they at least maintain their
self-respect. When they talk about their feelings to others, it helps. And after crying they feel better. But when an individual is depressed, their self-respect fades, they feel alienated, as though others are unable to understand what they are going through, and no matter how much they cry it never seems to help or be enough.
Depression is very treatable. Don't suffer from it any longer.
